  • Weekly 2 times follow up sessions with Patient's counselor
  • In-between session support via WhatsApp / e-diet app (during working hours)

It is important to note that there is no one “perfect” in post pregnancy weight loss plan. Every woman’s body is different and will respond differently to various approaches. That said, there are some general guidelines that can help most women lose weight safely and effectively after pregnancy. 

Advantages -
